| 8 | Supply, Installation, Testing & Commisioning of Microprocessor based addressable OPC complied fully networkable Fire Alarm Control Panel (VDS / UL / LPCB / FM approved ) suitable for the devices as stated in the previous items of this BOQ along with 20% spare capacity with each loop loading not exceeding 80% of the full capacity of detectors and devices taken together, conplying to IS 2189:2008 or its latest amendments, and with minimum 320 character alpha - numeric liquid crystal display. The panel shall be soft addressable type and shall be able to give pin point location of all fire/ fault conditions. Further, the panel must be able to automatically switch off respective control switches with help monitor module whenever any alarm is triggered. | 11 | TESTS :- 1) The system shall be tested and commissioned by a qualified competent, trained engineer or technician authorized by the manufacturer of the fire alarm equipment to technically supervise and participate during all of the adjustments and tests for the system. 2) Before energizing the cables and wires, inspection and check for correct connections, and test for short circuits, ground faults, continuity, and insulation and other tests as per applicable Indian/International standards must be done. |
| 12 | TERMS & CONDITIONS :-* The Agency must procure the materials from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorised sales channel so that the standard warranty / support of the Manufacturer / OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them.* Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty / support should be sent from the e-mail of the Manufacturer / OEM / authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution, of work/submission of bill.* If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules. |
