The chemical should have ETA for service life of 100 years & seismic rebar as a minimum qualifying criteria. The installation depth shall be supported by design based on EC2/TR069/TR066/HIT-Rebar Design Method using Profis Rebar Software. Drilling hole with double flute type drill bits/hollow drill bits to the required depth by rotary hammer drill, cleaning with brush and jet of clean air, filling resin and hardener using serrated nozzle to eliminate mixing error with standard HDE A12 battery dispenser along with piston plug and extension hose for longer depths to ensure no air bubbles are in the hole and then fixing with Rods, conducting occasional site inspection, executing work by trained personnel and occasional supervision from the manufacturer’s representative in India. The installation and the setting instructions should be strictly followed as per the manufacturer’s recommendations. Scanning before drilling to be done with HILTI PS 300 to avoid hitting existing rebars. Pull out test report shall be submitted to the Structure engineer to validate the installation quality. .including carriage of material in all leads and lifts. |
