POWER SUPPLY 415V, 3- Phase, 50Hz AC Supply including dismantling and reassembling the motor pump set and minor lath work to match the spare parts :- Mechanical seal upper & lower - 2 nos., Impeller- 1 No., Diffuser centre- 1 no., Cable gland assembly - 1 no., Ball Bearing- 2 nos. etc. welding, turning, grinding the rotter shaft including key way and cartage from site to workshop and back at site etc. complete in all respect as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 2 | Repair and rewinding of clear water mono submersible set 3-HP, including and relacement of following parts :- Bearing bush - 4 nos., SS sleeve grinding polishing - 1 no., water seal 2 nos., Axial thrust bearing plate - 1 no., Noryl Impeller diffuser set - 10 nos., coupling - 1 no., welding, turning, grinding the rotter shaft including key way and cartage from site to workshop and back at site etc. complete in all respect as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 3 | Lifting and taking out upto 15 HP clear water submersible pump set from existing under ground tank/ tube well etc. with the help of chain pulley and tripod stand including disconnection of suction and delivery pipe line and and electric connection etc. as required as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 4 | Installation/ lowering of clear water submersible pump set upto 15 HP pump set capacity in the existing under ground water tank/ tube well with the help of chain pulley tripod stand including connection of delivery pipeline, electric cable of outing and incoming cable testing etc. complete in all respect as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-chage. |
| 5 | Repairing of Control panel board suitable to operate upto 20 HP, 3 phase, 440 Volts, AC supply 50 Hz electric submersible panel including load relay 17.4-24 Amp, Contractor - 3 nos. Timer - 1 no., Indicator lamp -5 nos. and panel wiring complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. |

| 13 | Providing and fixing bright /matt finished Stainless Steel handles of approved quality & make with necessary screws etc all complete. |
| 14 | Cleaning of under ground sump, Over Head R.C.C. Tank ( independent staging) including disposal of slit and rubbish, all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The cleaning shall consist following operations: (i) Tank shall be emptied of water by pumping & bottom shall be cleaned of silt and other deposits. (ii) Entire surface area of the sump shall then scrubbed thoroughly with wire brush etc. and pressure washed with water. (iii) Chlorination of RCC internal surface by liquid chlorine. (iv) The treated surface shall be dried using air jetting and all loose particles shall be removal from the surface.
