Painting two coats including prime coat with epoxy paint of approved brand on concrete/steel surfaces after through cleaning of surface to give an even shade as per drawing the Technical Specification Clause 1701 of MORD.

Providing ,laying ,spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per clause 404 of MoSRT&H specification for road and bridge works (4th revision)

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using manual means as per clause 502 of MoSRT&H specification for road and bridge works (4th Revision).

Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bitumenous surface/granular base bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per Clause 503 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) including cost of all materials, labour , T&P etc. complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 20 mm thick premix carpet using 0.27 cum of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm size crushed stone chipping & 14.60 kg. penetration grade of bitumen per 10 sqm including hand packing to proper camber and consolidation with PRR including hire and running charges of PRR, hot mix plant, bitumen boilers and other T&P articles but excluding cost & conveyance of chips & bitumen complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying 6 mm thick precoated seal coat Type - B using 0.06 cum of 6.7 mm size chips and down graded as per sieve analysis and 6.8 kg. of bitumen per 10 sqm including hire and running charges of PRR, hot mix plant, tar boiler & all other T&P articles but excluding cost & conveyance of chips & bitumen.

Providing the road surface in the both sides of berm manually with approved quality of moorum including all labour charges for spreading, laying, levelling for the work including cost, conveyance, royality and taxes of all materials, finished item of works as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
