| 6 | M & L for Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete Type B0 (1:2:4) using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate in coping, including centering/formwork as required, weathering, chamfered edges, throating, finishing smooth, complete in all respects as specified and as directed. |
| 7 | M&L for PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 (40 mm graded aggregates) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed. |

| 9 | M&L for pre-cast concrete rubber moulded glossy finished interlocking paver block of 60 mm thick M-35 grade any colour (as approved) and design over sand cushioning complete including with using grey cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 all as specified. |
| 10 | Providing and laying 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) single socketed pipes of approved make with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches to the required line and level, including 75–100 mm thick sand bedding, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 11 | Taking down loose cement plaster on brick, stone walls or concrete surfaces of any description and in any position, including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. All debris shall be removed and disposed of outside MoD land, and the rates shall be deemed to include the same. |
| 12 | M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) on brick or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 13 | M&L in repair for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface size 350mm x 450 mm x7 mm in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement paste pigmented to the shade. etc including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 including dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) complete all as specified and as directed. All dismantling/demolished material removed from MOD land completely. Rate of removal outside side from MoD land deemed to be included in the same item. |
| 14 | S&F Chequered cement concrete tiles glossy finish 20cm x20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigments complete all as specified. Debris should be properly disposed off the MoD premises. |
| 15 | M&L for Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc. complete all as specified. |
| 16 | S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings, guard bars, barred iron doors, ornamental gates, ladders, framed balusters, walkways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work, fabricated from mild steel conforming to Fe 290 Grade E-165, including ornamental and intricate designs, scroll work, curved members, welding, cutting, bending, forging, grinding and finishing complete, all as specified and as directed. |
| 17 | M&L preparation of new surfaces of steel and iron work of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer etc. complete all as specified and as directed. |
