The conceptual drawings shall be submitted in duplicate hard copies for approval of User and HQ CWE (Navy) Vasco(sections E2, E4, E6, E3,& E8). Presentation to User/HQ CWE and obtaining approval at all stage shall be the responsibility of the consultant. Preparation of complete conceptual plans, architectural drawings (Elevation, Sections and Schedule of finishes), Site Plan including 3D views (interior & exterior). The drawings will cover detailed working drawings to minutest details (including all furniture's, modular kitchen and plumbing, sanitary fittings) with reference to technical, architectural, and functional requirements in soft & hard copy. Space/Area analysis in tabular graphical formats. |
