| 1 | Supply, installation, testing & comisssioning silent diesel engine driven generating set 415 V 3 phase 4 wire engine as per IS:10001/10002 and alternator as per IS 13364 complete with relay panel and switch gears for automatic starting on mains failure , control panel having meter and sound proof canopy as per CPCB IV+ emission contol norms of capacity 40 KVA incl foundation ( as per OEM design) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.(i) Supply of bi-hexagonal ring spanner set of 12 pieces - 01 Set (ii) Initial filling of engine oil and coolant. (iii) Necessary equipments and diesel required for testing of DG Set. (iv) Service & maintenance manual (a) Diesel Engine: Diesel Engine developing suitable BHP, 1500 RPM inclusive of the fwg standard accessories :- (i) Radiator with fan. (ii) Spider coupling guard. (iii) Fly Wheel. (iv) Fuel & Air filter. (v) Fuel and water pump. (vi) Dry type air cleaner.(vii) Self/electric starter. (viii) Battery charging alternator. (ix) Display unit displying water temperature, Engine temperature lub oil pressure, , Engine RPM, Engine running hours, KW, KVA, KVAR, PF, battery voltage, frequency, over current, over/under voltage indication , low fuel indication. (x) Turbo charger (b) Alternator : 3 phase 4 wire, 50 HZ, 1500 RPM, self excited , self regulated, brushless type , 0.8 PF, 415 volt, AC supply, 40 KVA capacity, copper wound , complete with necessay fittings, directly coupled through flexible coupling with diesel engine complete all as specified. (c) AMF/Control Panel: AMF panel factory made of suitable capacity as per Original Equipment Manufacturer make & specification or as approved by OEM for DG Set 40 KVA , fitted inside canopy of DG Set, indoor cubical type, fabricated out of mild steel sheet 1.6 mm thick and comprising the following:-(i) Contactor of suitable size for DG Set 40 KVA. (ii) Copper bus bar of suitable current rating and sensitivity relay set unit with auxilary CTs.(iii) Electronic latch circuit with tripping indication. (iv) 3 phase MVR relay unit with single phase protection with 2 Nos NC auxilary contacts. (v) 3 phase AVR relay unit. (vi) Self sequential starting relay unit 12 volts DC complete with alarm and power contactor.(vii) Electronic timer 220 volt for main contactor with 1 Nos NC auxilary contactor.(viii) Electronic timer 220 volt for fuel cut off operation with 1 Nos NC auxilary contactor.(ix) Siren for overloading and low fuel. (x) The AMF panel should have manually by pass arrangement in case of failure of AMF panel. (d) Accoustic Enclosure: (i) Enclosure with modular construction designed to operate in extreme climatic conditions.(ii) Durable industrial locking system on doors. (iii Walls of enclosure insulated with fire retardant & noise absorbent to comply with the noise level as per specified by ministry of Environment & Forest.(iv) In-built fuel tank of capacity as per manufacturer's recommendations.(e) Base frame made out of suitable size and provided with adequate numbers of anti vibration pads to ensure minimum vibration. (f) Maintenance free 12 volt DC battery of capacity as recommended by manufacturer.(g) Provisin of PCC foundation as per manufacturer's design & drawings. Drawing for foundation shall be approved by Accepting Officer. |
| 2 | Supply laying and testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized strip or wire armoured electric power cable(heavy duty), underground 1100 volt grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 35 sq mm 3.5 core. Complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 3 | M&L for excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 Mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth in hard/dense soil and getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. |
| 4 | M&L for returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in hard/dense soil all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 5 | M&L for removing excavated material of any type of soil from site to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr away and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |

Aluminium bus bar, 3 Phase & neutral , 4 wire , AC Supply system 50 Hz mounted on epoxy based Post insulators, including drilling hole for cable connection, rating of bus bar 300 Amps.(b). Incommer MCCB FP 415 Volts, 100 Amps 16 kA rating- 1 No(c). Outgoing MCCB TPN 16 Amps 415 Volts, 16KA - 04 Nos (2 Nos for Perimeter Security light feeder and 02 Nos for High Mast Lights feeder) (d) Timer three phase for security lights incl power contactor 3 phase 4 Pole, 60 amp (e). | 8 | M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground preferably in vertical position (Earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron earth lead strip 32x6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron including PCC pit 1:2:4 type B-1, CI cover 540x540x10 mm with suitable built in handle made from 6 mm dia MS round bar, excavation and earthwork in any type of soil 20 mm dia bore medium grade galvanised iron water tubing fixed with cast iron funnel and wire mesh at one end and 40 mm bore light grade galvanised pipe for protection of earth lead strip upto 7.5 mtr length, charcol, common salt complete all as shown in electric plate No. 3 of SSR 2009 Part I connected to equipment and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
