Overhauling of Cross travel gear box by replacement of coupling seals including refilling of new gear oil approx. 25ltr complete in all respect to stop leakage completly and minimum warranty of one year for statisfactory working of the gear box and C.T trolley complete in all respect as per complete satisfaction of EIC.

Providing, fixing/installation and commssioning of new crane siren with flasher including with complete wiring, contractor as required for smooth operation of crane.

Providng and replacement, fixing & successful commisioning of limit switches lever type for Long travel Gravity limit switch for 40 Ton Blockset and 05 Ton block set including wiring connection as well additional contactors, attachment & supporting wires complete in all respects well testing of crane over full span and demonstration of emergency stop through limit switch in danger zone of the crane.

Providing and installation of new sling wire rope of 05 Ton capacity of 14mm size, 70mtr length as per sample provided for EOT crane installed at Andhra Power House.

Replacement and servicing of Thruster Break Set Shoe 250 mm and 200mm for Auxliary Shoe, as well as overhauling of 18kg Thruster, B.C.H Break 250 mm set for Main Hoist. Replacement and servicing of Drum type Break coil 200mm also including drum pads complete in all respect as per direction of EIC

General servicing including cleaning, tightning of nuts and bolts and replacement of nuts as required, Greasing & draining of old oil of 3 Nos. Gear Boxes of L.T. and Hoists, Cleaning of Couplings and inspection of seals for leakage and then Refilling the Gear Boxes with New gear oil EP 320 grade 75 liter approx.

Overhauling of hoisting mechanism identifying wear and tear and then doing preventive repair reporting health of various components such as supporting wire, wire ropes, hooks and sheaves block set and then reapplying lubricating compound and grease approx quanitity 50Kg in the Crane roller ,drums and ropes including rope and drum alignment etc complete in respect for smooth working of crane.
