Clearing & grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass , bushes, shrubs, saplings & trees girth upto 300mm , removal of stumps etc. complete to shape as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge in the area of Light Jungle.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates in Water Bound Macadam (WBM Gr-III) as per specification including all complete.

Cleaning the existing Granular surface including removal of binding materials and other foreign materials with wire brushes and small picks, sweeping with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and/or compressed air to receive bituminous treatment.

Cleaning the existing BT surface including removal of binding materials and other foreign materials with wire brushes and small picks, sweeping with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and/or compressed air to receive bituminous treatment.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 502 for low porosity surface and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion etc. complete to shape as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 20 mm thick premix carpet using 0.27 cum of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm size crushed stone chipping & 14.6 kg penetration grade of bitumen per 10sqm including hand packing to proper camber & consolidation with PRR including cost & conveyance of materials, labour, T&P, royalty & taxes etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 6 mm thick precoated seal coat type -B using 0.06 cum of 6.7 mm size chips & 6.8 kg of bitumen per 10sqm including consolidation with PRR, cost & conveyance of materials, labour, T&P, royalty & taxes etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
