| 2 | Providing and fixing of the ACP panels, and cut to match the required grid size,length, and width as per site conditions. The panels shall be routed, folded, tempered,and/or curved using a router machine or standard rolling machine, without leaving heavy marks on the sheet.The panels shall be fixed in true line, level, and plumb to the building line over a prefabricated aluminium framework using 50 × 25 × 1 mm thick aluminium extruded sections at horizontal and vertical joints, complete with standard cleat angles,stainless steel screws, anchor bolts, and all required fasteners.Fixing of extruded prefabricated framework shall be fixed to the wall/floor beam using M.S. brackets and screws. Necessary projections as per design shall be provided using M.S. framework fabricated from 35 × 35 × 6 mm M.S. angles, securely fixed to the superstructure.The gap formed between panels shall be sealed with siliconesealant or approved equivalent after fixing the required masking tape, complete with all other necessary accessories.The rate shall include the cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, scaffolding,testing, finishing, and all other incidentals required to complete the work in all respects.excluding the cost of 50 x25 x 1 mm thick aluminium extruded sections and SS screws, anchor bolt. |

| 5 | Fabrication, supply and installation of outdoor LED signage displaying KINFRA atKakkanad, to be fixed on the existing ACP base, comprising projected channel letters with yellow acrylic front and black channelium body, internally illuminated using waterproof LED modules with board. Letter heights shall be 10 inches for KINFRA, 7.5 inches for Electronic Manufacturing cluster, 6 inches for International Exhibition Cum Convention Centre, with logo size 30 × 25.5, and the assembly shall be properly sealed using a PVC tray. Power supply shall be through SMPS (Input 110/230V AC,Output +12V DC) suitable for outdoor continuous operation. The cost shall be inclusive of all materials, fabrication, installation, wiring, accessories, testing, and commissioning, complete in all respects, with a minimum warranty of 3 years for LED modules and SMPS. |
| 6 | Providing Electrical and Wiring Works including 5 Watt LED fittings with 8 lightpoints, 25 Watts two LED lights and fitting complete concealed or surface wiringusing approved quality copper conductors in suitable conduits, including switches, accessories, earthing, and all associated materials.
