M&L for exterior acrylic emulsion on PQC surfaces in disruptive / camouflaging pattern of six / four shades comprising the following activities complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge:- (i) Preparation of old PQC surfaces by mechanised sander having RPM of minimum 1200 having vacuum bag. (ii) Applying two coats of water based exterior acrylic emulsion as in base coat.(iii) Applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion in disruptive / camouflaging pattern of six / four shades in Tattoos only. (Camouflage pattern shall be approved by Stn Auth).

M&L for exterior acrylic emulsion on wall surfaces in disruptive / camouflaging pattern of six / four shades comprising the following activities complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge:- (i) Preparation of old wall surfaces for height not exceeding 12.00 Mtr.(ii) Applying one coat of water based exterior acrylic emulsion as in base coat over a coat of primer.(iii) Applying one coat of exterior acrylic emulsion in disruptive / camouflaging pattern of six / four shades (Camouflage pattern shall be approved by Stn Auth).

M&L Two coats of synthetic enamel paint over old steel & iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm in width or girth, over a coat of red oxide primer including removal / preparation of old surfaces and disruptive/camouflaging pattern of four shades (in tatoos only) over coat of base paint on the entire old steel surface, for height not exceeding 8.50 metre complete all as specified.

NOTES APPLICABLE TO SRL ITEM 1 TO 5 HERE-IN-ABOVE: (i) Exterior acrylic emulsion & primer shall be applied only through approved applicators, authorised by the manufacturers for such works.(ii) Entire quantity of material for this work shall be procured by the contractor from manufacturer's Depot & deposit the same with Enginer-in-Charge and same shall be issued to contractor on daily basis as per consumption at site. (iii) RGB value of four shades of disruptive/camouflaging pattern shall be all as shown on Drg No. GE/SK-1/19 sheet 1/2 & 2/2.(iv) The rate quoted by the contractor shall included for scaffolding and necessary formwork.(v) Preparation of surfaces shall be done with mechanised sander having suction vaccum bag using smart periodical methodology includig removal of vegetation growth, bushes and the like to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.(vi) Site will be handed over to contractor as and when the site will be handed over to MES by the users and no compensation would be admissible to contractor in this regard.
