Social Work:-About awareness of the families of encroached land occupantsProviding services for Door to Door visit for awareness and motivate the the whole family, mainly the family head of each family, regarding obtaining legal rights of the encroached land (Patta) in their own name as mentioned in the tender, as the beneficiaries of these Patta holder may get the benefit of HFA Mission and also to motivate them to take the active participation in the scheme. The work also includes the work of collection of the required documents from these families of encroached land occupants either on Govt. and/or municipal land and/or even on pvt. land & preparation of their individual files in hard copies and verifying, scrutiny & bifurcation from the list, of each & every surveyed family separately for each encroached land either on Govt. municipal land and/or Govt. land.(For the purpose of quoting the rates in percentage for executing survey work & for preparation of files of each family, the estimated cost of each household should be considered Rs. 6,50,000/-(In words-Rs. Six lacs Fifty thousand only)

Technical work:-Preparation of proposal including drone survey work for regularization of encroachments and to complete the work up to the obtaining the relaxation to the proposal from the competent authority.(For the purpose of quoting the rates in percentage, and for payment of this item the estimated cost of the household shall be considered Rs. 6,50,000/-(In words- Rs.
