Providing installation of Hardware & software of GPS based monitoring System in Maintenance Vans operated through various contract in Delhi. 1) The system should have compatibility with the web and mobile based operations.2) User-friendly GPS dashboard for easy tracking sothat it becomes accessible to each user with ease of clicks.3) Geo-fence which allows the user to save theplaces, major hubs so as to get alerts / notificationson the mobile app or system when the vehicle entersor leaves those important marked / saved places inthe system so as to provide total visibility.4)Automated reports generated as per the requirement of user to give performance based parameter for each vehicle, stating day-wise distances or stoppages for the complete day.5) Reports should be downloaded with single clicks which may be customized in accordance to dates(even lifetime past data should be available to access).6) Unlimited user accounts called UMS feature available for clear-cut zone wise demarcation of vehicles, basically various users get individual ID's with single dashboard so that individual manager gets to track vehicles assigned under their team only.7) Notifications / Alerts on mobile and web for vehicle stoppages and geo-fence so that eliminating manual tracing and getting point to point updates. 8) Data of vehicles available on a single clickon any past data without any limitations with customization on date wise / weekly/ monthly data.9) Document Management of every vehicle on asingle dashboard. This feature helps to track 6 mostcrucial documents to any vehicles namely (insurance, fitness, national permit, 5 years permit, pollution and token tax) in terms of their expiry date.a.
