| 2 | Supply and Fixing LT Bus bar chamber Outdoor/floor mounted suitable for 415V 3 phase 4 wire 50 Hz AC Supply system busbar capacity 200A as specified. The panel should be powder coated paint for better environmental protection, made of CRCA sheet steel 3.15 mm having RYB indicating lamp and multifunctional meter for Ampere and voltage rating including making of foundation of the panel, lugs and gland of suitable size, fixing and connection included complete all as specified and as directed.Note:-(i) work should only be carried out in presence of JE E/M. |
| 3 | Material and labour for disconnecting all XLPE cables from panel and carry out preventive Repair/Repacement of unserviceable existing wiring of LT Panel/APFC Panel, cleaning of bus bar with CRC spray and wiring with new copper wiring 2.5/4 sqmm with copper/aluminium lugs, replacing burnt epoxy insulator bar and insulating the bus bar with tape conforming with colour code and reconnecting all cables, complete all as specified and as directed.Note:-(i) work should only be carried out in presence of JE E/M. (ii). The items which will be replaced will be measured and paid separately as \\"Supply Only\\" item of this schedule. |

| 17 | Material and labour for painting of LT Panels of frontal size less than one squre meter by prepration of old painted surfaces, cleaning refixing panel board door with hinges, nut bolts etc. removing of existing rust grease oil spot etc, priming with aluminium red-oxide and then applying 1st grade of synthetic enamelled spray paint (two coat) of approved make, brand and colours (includes cost of paint) & foundation and painting names of the distribution location, complete all as specified and as directed. |

| 19 | Supply and laying under ground XLPE insulated PVC sheathed (Heavy duty) armoured 1100 volts grade aluminium conductor cable of size 6 Sqmm 2 core as per IS 7098 (Part I) in trenches/on wall/poles laid in ducts/inside protection pipe of the following cross sectional area including cable glands,lugs and suitable size of MS saddle clips (where ever cable laid in ceilings / walls without cable duct) including taking out old U/S cable all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.Note:- (i) Excavation, Earth work, brick protection and sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately under respective item. (ii) Cable route indicator of metal of height 600 mm above GL duly written \\"LT CABLE\\" on every 50 mtr to be fixed with PCC, 150 mm below the GL , Cost of route indicator and PCC for fixing indicators to be deemed in this item rate. |
