Cylindrical Portion (4.5m approx.) :- Work includes arrangement of scaffoldings inside the tank (concrete silo ) with pipes and clamps as per Indian Standard. Old rubber lining shall be removed completely upto 4.5m approx. height of cylindrical portion inside walls ,nipples, manholes, etc. All the surfaces shall be prepared by sand blasting and fresh Rubber lining of 2 layers of 2.5 mm thickness ( final thickness 5 mm ) with soft rubber to be provided on the same walls, nipples & manholes upto 4.5m approximate height in the cylindrical portion of the tank and curing it with steam/hot water to get a hardness of 70°±5° shore-A. Waste material has to be transported to scrapyard and scaffolding to be removed from the working area as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge. . Rubber Lining Thickness : 5 mm Height (cylindrical portion) : 4.5 metre (approx.)

Conical Portion : - Work includes arrangement of scaffoldings inside the tank (concrete silo ) with pipes and clamps as per Indian Standard. Only Damaged rubber lining shall be removed from the conical portion inside walls , nipples, manholes, etc. All the surfaces shall be prepared by sand blasting and fresh rubber lining of two layers of 5 mm thickness (Final thickness 10 mm) with soft rubber to be provided on the damaged area of walls, nipples & manholes and curing it with steam/hot water to get a hardness of 70°±5°shore-A.
