| 1 | Design, Manufacturing, Supply and Erection of hot dip galvanised, polygonal High Mast Pole (Design Conforming to PLG 7, IS- 875 (Part-3):1987, Galvanizing confirming to BSEN ISO 1461:1991 and material confirming to BS EN 10025, S355, IS:2062) with fixed Head Frame suitable for mounting up-to 40 nos. of light fittings between 1500W- 2000W as detailed technical specification as to illumination parameters, weight & sizes etc. and to sustain Wind Speed of 200 Km/Hr complete with all accessories as per tender detailed technical specifications. The mast design is to be approved by IIT / NIT. Including Construction of raft foundation with M25 grade concrete for the high mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as per tender soil investigation report, with all materials and labour. The required height of the High Mast Pole from base upto top of head frame shall be 40 Mtrs. The High Mast has to be designed for base wind speed 200 Km per Hour relating to wind load on structure and also confirm BSEN 40-1:1992 relating to general construction, special steel foundation bolt as required along with nuts, washers, anchor plate and template. Each High Mast shall have provision for fixing of external type common man-rider as per tender specifications. Each High Mast must be provided with GI lightning arrester (Crossarm length / 2 x 1.25 Length) and LED Aviation Obstruction Light (2 Nos per mast) mounted at the top of high mast. Complete item shall be as per specifications and approved GA drawing as required and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 2 | Design, Engineering, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of LED Sports Flood Light Luminaire (1500W-2000W) quantity as per bidders design to achieve National Level TV Broadcast level illumination for Cricket as stated in the tender specifications, having minimum efficacy of >100 Lumen/Watt , CRI >90, TLCI >90, Flicker rate <1% , CCT>5500 K and should be confirming to IP 66 & IK 08 (for impact resistance) along with Supply of Drivers, 20kV SPDs & other Light Fitting accessories if any which needs to be housed separately in High Mast Light Panel near each Mast. The Light fitting should be of Single Module with natural cooling and the weight should be as per the requirements of the mast design including mounting bracket, bolt&nut. The fitting shall be of non integral type and be able to withstanding minimum wind speed 200 Km per Hour complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. made. |
| 3 | Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of single dome medium intensity LED Aviation Obstruction Light (2 Nos per mast) including all required mounting frame, cable etc complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge. |
| 4 | Supply Installation Testing and Commissioning of Out door type High Mast Lighting Distribution Board (HMLDB) and Driver Rack with 14SWG CRCA sheet, Floor mounted totally enclosed with IP54 degree of protection with canopy suitable for use on 415Volts 3-phase, 4wire, 50Hz system having required fault capacity, Metering section consisting of Voltmeter, Ammeter, CT, indication lamps, Timer, accessories including providing detachable gland plate of 3 mm thick MS sheet with knock outs of different size cable as required for incoming and outgoing cables entry, erected on cement concrete foundation, complete with painting, connections & interconnections for earthing etc .complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. |
