Cast Iron Benches made up of M.S. tubes 2`x1` in length of 5 ft size and 13 square tubes weighing minimum 24 Kg per bench. The tubes in the back and in seat shall be painted with powder coated paint of any shade of wooden/brown/yellow/green as per the satisfaction and in complete discretion of Engineer-in-Charge. The legs and the Stands shall be of Cast Iron in Decorative Shape to provide aesthetics as well as for safety of the bench. The dimension of the legs shall suitably provide the mounting height of 32` and 24` in width and the weigth of the same shall not be less than 44 Kgs.(The rate is inclusive of the cost of loading, unloading and transportation (within MC Panipat area in different wards) including the charges of paint for lettering of the text as provided by the Engineer-in-charge).

CYCLE Main Frame: 0114 *3 mm thick M.S pipe and subordinate tube is of 088*3.0 large thickness M.S pipe. Handle: is made of 088 *3 mm thick Pipe and 025 mm round M.S bright bar in bending design. All remaining frame is made by 088 *3mm thick MS pipe. Weight plates: Rubberized moulding round weight plates are used. Weight Plates Holder with spring lock and spare weights holder: is made by hard chrome . plated mild stee!048 D!A pipe open front covered with half round cap and holder end is covered with heavy quality rubber ring of OD-68 mm and ID-48 mm with 10mm wall thickness for free weight noiseless operations. Bearing: Lubricated high grade6305 `2RS`steel ball bearing. Base plate: is OD166, ID 116, and 6 mm thick. Pins: are made up of M.S bright bar. Bearing bushes: 075mm OD seamless pipe. Weight plate mounting pipe is of 048 mm MS pipe. Seat Frame: made up of hard chrome plated mild steel 48 DIA round pipe. Hardware All hardware`s uses button heads bolts and nuts made up of high tensile steel. Hand grips: Hand grips is used on handles wherever necessary made up of high-quality rubber and handle ends are covered with aluminum/pp/nylon caps with grub screw for long endurance. Closing caps: are of PP/NYLON/HDPE materia!. Laser cutting: profiles of 6mm and 4mm thick M.S sheet are used for connecting subordinates with each other. Rubber: Safety base pads: Anti-skid safety base pads made up superior rubber to prevent slippery and damage to floor. Heavy duty 20mm thick rubber pads are placed for resting handles for noise less operations. Powders Coating: All components are chemically treated to seal exterior and interior surfaces against corrosion. The components are electro statically powder coated at minimum 80-100-micron thickness to make it resistant to scratch, corrosion and humidity in dual color combination. Safety Instructions and Exercise chart on machine - start and finish position chart stick on 5mm thick mild steel plate.
