Providing False Ceiling made with frame work of steel tube of 40 mm x 20 mm of not less than18 gauge,the long and cross section will be welded with each other 1000 mm to 1200 mm apart the entire frame work will be fixed inwall using rawlplug or gutties or screws etc. and suspended from ceiling with M.S flat 19mm x 3mm as necessary,the entire frame will be painted with red oxide. PRINTED LAMINATED P.V.C Section 150mm x 12mm x 1.00mm (+/-0.01mm) of approved quality and colour will be fixedon the frame so that the entire frame work will not bevisible from below P.V.C Section will be fixed with the frame with the help of self tapping steel screws includin gall material sand labour charges including fitting,fixing the same andhoisting including mending the damages in all respect and cost of paint as required as per direction of Engineerin-Charge . Wall panelling / partition with Melamine faced 3 layered flat pressedwood particle board of approved make and brand as per direction of Engineer-in Charge of requisite grade bonded with phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin conforming to IS:848-1974(excluding the cost of supporting frame work and teak wood battens / lipping) In Ground Floor Prelaminated particle board conforming to IS:3087-1985 and IS128231990. Interior Grade 12mm thick
