Running Maintenance and Operation of 11 kv substation, and DG Sets and all allied accessories including routine and preventive maintenance. Details of installations are given in Annexure-A. Schedule for routine and preventive maintenance is given in Annexure-B. Operation shall be done by 1 No. of operator in each shift (Total 3 shift) and one no. of Khallasi in each shift (total 2 shift) etc. as required.

Calibration of relays, HT/LT meters, temperature meter, buckles relays and servicing of 11 KV vacuum circuit breakers of HT panel along with oiling, greasing of all movable and fire mechanism included checking of contact, resistance, timing of closing and opening of breaker, checking of closing coil/ tripping coil resistance and measuring the vacuum level on the desired voltage level with respect to each pole

Dehydration & Filtration of Transformer oil (800 KVA Transformer indoor ONAN) to upgrade the dielectric Strength of oil upto 50 kv as required including top up of Transfer Oil.

Supply of Transformer Oil to top the Transformer.

Servicing and overhauling L&T make LT ACB 600/800/1000/1250/2000/2500 Amp with cleaning alignment, adjustment of gap between phase, lubricating all moving parts adjustments for smooth mechanical operation etc complete as required

Testing and calibration of HT IDMT relay with secondary injection test set ive cleaning servicing of contacts, tightening of loose contracts tightening, tightening of loose contracts tightening repair etc, complete as required.
