1.80 metre high fencing with 2.50 metre angle iron posts 50x50x6 mm 2.50 metre centre to centre with nine horizontal lines and two diagonal of galvenised mild steel barbed wire (IS:278: 1962 type -1) weighting 9.38 Kg/ 100 metre strained and fixed to posts with 6.1 staples including cost of excavation, post, struts and straining bolts, embended in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement 3 sand 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint :-in gratting, framed guard bar, ladders, railing brackets and similar works. The work shall be executed as per HPPWD/JSV/ ISI specifications and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

The Cement , Steel and GI Shall be issued by the Deptt. at JSV Divisional store Raghunath Ka Padhar Mandi cement @ 368/- per bag & Steel Rs.7615/-only per qtl .

The GI fittings shall be provided by the contractor at their own cost.

The contractor shall be fully responsble for watch and ward of the material at site of work.

Nothing shall be paid for rejected material/work.

1% labour cess will be deducted from the bill of the contractor.

The Contractor will be fully responsible for watch and ward of material at site of work.

Concrete work shall be done by using vibrator and concrete mixing plant.

Crushed aggregate will be used in concrete work.

Material should be used of approved quarry.

The work should be completed in the stipulated period.

The rates should be inclusive with GST and carriage .
