| 20 | The work should be executed as per PWD/JSV specifications and to the entire satisfactions of the Engineer-in Charge. |
| 21 | The cement, steel shall be issued by the department from JSV Divisional Store Raghunath Ka Padhar Mandi cement @ 368/- per bag, Steel Rs.7615/-only per qtl. |
| 22 | The Contractor will be fully responsible for watch and ward of material at site of work. |
| 23 | Nothing shall be paid for rejected/sub-standard material at site of works. |
| 24 | Concrete work shall be done by using vibrator and concrete mixing plant. |
| 25 | Crushed aggregate will be used in concrete work. |
| 26 | Material should be used of approved quarry. |
| 27 | The work should be completed in the stipulated period. |
