| 1 | Excavation in foundations trenches etc in all kinds of soil such as pick jumper work blasting and chiselling soft / hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts i/c trimming & dressing of side levelling of bed stacking the excavated soil in 15 Cm layers when required in to Plinth sides of foundations etc including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil as directed in all leads and lifts and soring strutting timbering & dewatering where ever required complete in all respect as per the direction & to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge in all leads and lifts. |
| 2 | Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering All work up to plinth level 1:3:6 (1 Cement: 3 coarse sand): 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts. |
| 3 | Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights: Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.in all leads and lifts. |
| 4 | Providing & Laying cement concrete work 1:2: 4 (1 cement:2 sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-in Foundation and plinth. |
| 5 | Walls (any thickness but ot less than 0.10 meter thickness) attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level up to floor two level |
| 6 | suspended floors, roofs, landings and shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilivers up to floor two level. |
| 7 | Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars in all leads and lifts. |
| 8 | Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering All work up to plinth level 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand): 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size in all leads and lifts. | 9 | The work should be executed as per PWD/JSV specifications and to the entire satisfactions of the Engineer-in Charge. |
| 10 | The Cement and Steel Shall be issued by the Deptt. at JSV Divisional store Raghunath Ka Padhar Mandi cement @ 368/- per bag & Steel Rs. 7615/-only per qtl. |
| 11 | The Contractor will be fully responsible for watch and ward of material at site of work. |
| 12 | Nothing shall be paid for rejected/sub-standard material at site of works. |
| 13 | Concrete work shall be done by using vibrator and concrete mixing plant. |
| 14 | Crushed aggregate will be used in concrete work. |
| 15 | Material should be used of approved quarry. |
| 16 | The work should be completed in the stipulated period. |
| 17 | The rates should be inclusive with GST and carriage |
| 18 | 1% labour cess will be deducted from the bill of the contractor. |
