| 1 | Servicing/Periodical maintenance of D.G Set of 180 KVA capacity installed at filling station Narwal by way of draining of engine oil, replacement of lubricating oil filter kit, fuel filter kit and air filter kit (primary & safety/secondary) and filling engine sump with lubricating oil 29 liters of 15W40 and ensuring recommended oil level with the help of dip stick/gauge. The job also involves providing and fitting of new gasket, engine hoses, sealing rings, flex fuel pipes, fan belt, inner/ outer element, flex wire flow pipes set, element lubricant oil cleaner, bracket rocker arms and power booster kit, Servicing of radiator by way of draining of all the coolant mixture, cleaning of coolant tank, flushing radiator using flush solution (by radiwash 3 ltrs), cleaning of fins and tubes with low pressure hot water and caustic soda or detergent and also by way of blowing compressed air, filling of new coolant mixture (inhibitor corrosion) 10 ltrs. Checking of all electric harnesses for smooth functioning. The job also includes providing and fitting of digital meter in place of damaged one and then cleaning of the fuel tank to remove dirt, checking and drying the tank completely. Repair to the FIP by Dismantling, checking of all the parts and segregation. Replacement of damaged parts by way of Providing and fitting of 1 No. cam plate, 1 No. leave shaft, 1 No. guide bushing, 1 No. oil seal, 1 No. TD piston, 1 No. cross, 4 No. roller, 1 No. DP head, 1 No. ACC bush, 1 No. VE pump repair kit, assembling of all the parts, its checking and testing on the computerized machine, after testing its back. Complete job includes cost of material and labour charges.The job also includes Repairs to the self of the DG set by way of dismantling it from the DG set, Providing & fitting of 1 set carbon bush ,1 set copper bush ,1 no soloned switch,1 no. armature, 2 no. bearings, 1 no. bender drive , 1no.field coil set , 1no oil seal of self starter and then assembling it . The job also includes checking of alternator functioning of the DG Set by way of dismantling it from main shaft, checking of rotor assembly, cleaning of windings with oil and re assembling of the same with main transmission line of DG Set. Job also includes replacement of, ready wash 3 ltrs. The job also includes checking of battery charging circuit of D.G Sets by way of checking its connections, providing new internal wiring and fitting of new leads where ever required and thimbles. The job includes cost of material, allied items, labour & transportation Charges. Complete job Upkeepment of 6000 GPH x 80 mtr x 12.5 HP Submersible Pumpset of T/well Sec-14 Nanak Nagar by way of disconnection of power supply and extraction of Submersible Pumpset using skilled labour with allied tools and tackles. Dismantling and shifting of pumpset to workshop by Mech. Transport. Repairing by Providing, fabrication and fitting of S.S pump shaft as per sample, 8no. impellers, 6 no. pump bodies, 8no. neck rings, 8no. body bushes, SS coupling pulley and nut bolts and assembling of punp atworkshop. The Job includes dismantling and repairing of 12.5 HP Submersible motor by providing, fabrication and fitting of thrust pad set and rotor bushes. Assembling of the motor, coupling with pump and testing the pumpset in the test pit then shifting of pumpset to the site of installation. Making electrical connections of motor with sub cable by making leak proof joint and lowering of pump set along with providing and replacing rubber gaskets and nut bolts.
