| 2 | Providing, fitting of 1 no. 250 Ampere 3 Pole MCCB of 36 kA breaking capacity of reputed make (Havells, L&T, Schneider Electric, Siemens etc.) to connect the input supply (from 100KVA electric transformer) to the 100KVA voltage stabilizer inside the pump room at LIS Gailla in place of the old damaged 250 ampere MCCB by way of fitting / installation of the new MCCB at the designated place and making of all the cable connections on the input and output side. Job includes creation / installation, testing & commissioning of complete fuse system on the LT side of the 100 KVA electric transformer. Providing, fabrication welding of suitable LT fuse frame made out of 45mm X 5mm MS angle and 5mm thick MS flat so as to keep a total height of 5feet above the ground and grouting of 2 feet below the ground level in cement concrete. The frame will consist of a minimum of two vertical MS angle members grouted in the cement and a suitable / proper MS frame on top end of the horizontal MS angle members for the purpose of installation of requisite no of insulators and aluminium connector links (L-type terminals) with nuts and bolts to accommodate four cables each on input and output side. Providing fitting of aluminium thimbles 8 nos for connecting the 240sq mm LT cables on input and output side of the fuse system. The job also includes providing / fitting of 240sq mm armoured aluminium cable 5mtr (approx..) in length to connect the neutral supply to the fuse system.Replacement of damaged 240sq mm 3 no (phase) cables connecting 100KVA electric transformer on LT side to the fuse system by way of providing, fitting of a total of 11metre long 240 sq mm armoured aluminium cable of reputed make (Havells, Riyo Electricals Limited, Grandlay, Polycab, Universal etc.). The job involves cutting the newly provided 240 sq mm armoured aluminium cable into three pieces of required length and crimping taping of thimbles to the cable ends. Making the required connections. Job also includes replacement of old damaged 3 nos 240sq mm unarmoured aluminum cables (phase) from the cable junction on the pump room wall (outer side) up to the newly installed MCCB (on 100KVA voltage stabilizer) inside the pump room by way of providing, fitting of a total of 20 meters of new 240 sq mm unarmoured cable of reputed make (Havells, Riyo Electricals Limited, Grandlay, Polycab, Universal etc.) along with allied materiel and 06 no suitable aluminum thimbles. Further cutting the newly provided cable into three pieces of required length and crimping taping of thimbles to the cable ends. Thereafter making the required connections. Job also includes replacement of old damaged electric wire and electrical parts / accessories by way of providing / fitting of good quality material including tape rolls, nails, screw, hooks etc. as per site requirement for lighting circuits, heating circuits etc. Extraction / removing of old damaged wiring along with damaged switch, socket etc. Job involves providing/fitting of new wiring with 1.5 sq mm or equivalent copper wire a total of 40 mtrs length, fitted in PVC Batton/pipe at designated spots / sides. Job also includes providing and fitting of one electrical switch board fitted with seven switches and one fuse, one electrical wall socket & switch (16amp) and three 15-Watt LED bulbs with holders inside the pump room. Providing/fitting of new 3 Pole, 32 Ampere MCCB of reputed make (Havells, L&T, Schneider Electric, Siemens etc.) at a suitable place inside pump room as per site requirement for operation of the Priming pump, making all the required wire connections on the input and output side. Providing / fitting of 01 no. 48 inch Ceiling fan (reputed make, IS / ISI certified) along with all accessories, one electrical switch board fitted with four switches, one fan regulator & one fuse, one electrical wall socket & switch (16amp), 01 no 15-watt LED bulb with holder in the room adjoining the pump room. Also providing fitting of 01 no. 15 watt LED bulb with holder outside pump room. Job also includes repair to 200mm dia MS foot valves of Unit I,II at LIS Gailla by way of dismantling foot valves from suction pipes in sump tank, dragging out from sump with the help of manual labour using tools and tackles, dismantling of foot valves. Job involves repair to the damaged strainer of the foot valve of Unit I by way of welding etc. Job also includes replacing the leather sheets along with flap, hinge pin, rubber sheet for flanges with required nuts and bolts of foot valves of both the units. Re-assembling and fitting the same to suction pipes in sump tank with the help of manual labour, tools & tackles, bamboos, ropes etc. Job further includes providing, fitting of new CI/GI foot valve as per sample/suction pipe dia to replace the old damaged priming foot valve for the suction pipe of priming pump.Providing of gland packing-1kg as per site requirement and grease-2 kg, One Tool Kit of reputed make (Bosch, Stanley, Taparia etc.) which should contain Hammer (1 kg), Double Open Ended Spanner set of various sizes (10x12, 12x13, 16x17, 27x29, 30x32), Double Ended Ring spanner set of various sizes(18x21, 20x22, 24x27, 27x29), Plier (8 inch), Adjustable wrench heavy duty(12 inch), Screw driver (150 mm), one no.
