Supply Of three types set of partition frame for lsdd amrit bharat , set of partition frame for lsdd amrit bharat 3.0 ( (note- colour scheme is a s per design letter no md48161 dated- 15/05/2026 ), as per drawing: mp26pfgsab3.0 version 0, packing instruction: `packing condition of set of partition frame and procedure to achie ve best possible protection during transportation: 1. surface preparation: - thoroughl y clean the components to remove any dirt, grease or contaminants - apply a protectiv e film, such as pvc or laser film or bubble sheet, to shield surfaces from scratches an d environmental factor. 2. packing materials: - wooden crates: construct sturdy woo den cage tailored to the components dimensions. - steel strapping: utilize rust-proof s teel straps to securely bundle components, preventing movement during transit. 3. mo isture barrier: - incorporate moisture-proof materials, such as plastic film or water p roof ability paper, to guard against corrosion. 4. component arrangement: - place com ponents on wooden pallets or within custom-designed supports to distribute weight e venly and prevent deformation. - ensure that no part of the component extends beyon d the protective packaging to avoid exposure to potential damage. 5. securing the com ponents: - use steel straps or ropes to fimly anchor the components within the woode n crate, minimizing internal movement. - for added stability, employ bracing or cushioni ng materials, such as foam pads or corrugated inserts, to fill voids and absorb shock s. - hardware items to be suitably packed separately inside the crate. 6. labeling and do cumentation: - clearly label each package with essential information, including pl no. s pecifications, details of each set with qty. and also keep one copy inside ot the crate, weight, handling instructions and firms & destination details. 7. loading onto trailer/ lorry/truck/transport: - strategically position the packaged components within the tr uck/suitable to maintain balance and prevent shifting during transit. - secure the pack ages to the containers structure using lashing ties or additional bracing as needed. 8. final inspection and sealing: - conduct a thorough inspection to verify that all comp onents are securely packed and that packaging materials are intact.
