The following RHTS,Hanger Shutter and Incinerator defect works to be carried out and satisfactory trials to be showned to the ship, all spares,consumables,certified tools and tackles,masuring instruments shell be within the contractor's scope of supply

A) RHTS works

Survey wire ropes, spare gear and other associated lifting gears to be renewed.

Inspect and replace hydraulic valve

B) Hanger Shutter works

Check gear box seals for sign of damage. Replace gear box seals

C) Incinerator works

INCINERATOR BOOSTER PUMPCarry out overhauling and performance trial of the pump including parameter checks (suction/ discharge pressure), vibration trials, insulation/ SPM checks on motor, motor starting-running current checks etc.

Carry out functional test of relief valve. Reset to specified lifting pressure.Set Pressure - 08 Bar

Inspect the suction strainer.Manufacture of new strainer as per sample

Carryout overhauling of suction and discharge valves.Replace defective valves.(a) Size - 25 MM Type - Ball Valve , Qty -01, Mat - CS

(b) Size - 20 MM Type - Ball Valve , Qty -01, Mat - CS
