To perform under term contract such services and execute such works on the terms and condition contained or referred in the \\"MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2009 (Part-I) Specification and MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2020 (Part-II) Rates\\" together with errata/amendments as applicable and upon the conditions contained in tender documents as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the aforesaid MES Standard Schedule of rates during the period of twelve months from the date of acceptance at the rates contained in the aforesaid MES Standard Schedule of rates-2020 (Part-II) rates, subject to Quoted Percentage by the Tenderer/Bidder.

The bidder have to select the option \\"Excess (+)\\" OR \\"Less (-)\\" available at the cell address E23 of the BOQ and insert the amount (Percentage ) at the cell address F23 of the BOQ to quote the percentage above/below/at par the MES STANDARD SCHEDULE OF RATES 2020 PART–II (RATES) respectively. For Acceptance purpose Percentage Quoted by the Tenderer/Bidder will be taken into account.

If '0 (Zero)' percentage is offered the tender shall be reckoned as net at par with SSR.

If 'NO' percentage is offered the tender shall be considered as Blank tender and will be treated as non bonafide tender/bid.

Amount inserted by the MES under rate column and the total amount reflected in this page is a rough guidance and for reference only. Similarly, the quoted amount worked out based on percentage rate quoted by the Bidder shall also be treated as rough and for reference only. The acceptance of contract offer shall be done for quoted percentage rate on MES SSR 2020 PART–II (RATES). The work order for various works / services shall be placed for amount worked out/price on the rates contained in MES SSR 2020 PART–II (RATES) duly adjusted by percentage rate quoted by Bidder. This estimated amount shall be inclusive of (+)/(-) percentage quoted by Contractor.

Total Amount of subject work is Rs. 10.00 Lakhs. The estimated cost of any individual work, job, or service ordered under this contract, as defined in Condition 4A of IAFW-2249, shall not exceed Rs. 1,50,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Fifty Thousand only) after deducting the credit Sch if any. The AGE may place any number of Work Orders under this contract, subject to the condition that the cumulative value of all Work Orders issued shall not exceed the amount of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakh only) after adjustment of the contractor's quoted percentage above/below at par on MES Schedule of Rates.

Contractor special attention is invited to condition 4 (A) WORKS TO BE CARRIED OUT (APPLICABLE ONLY TO TERM CONTRACTS) and condition 56 TERMINATION OF CONTRACTS (APPLICABLE ONLY TO TERM CONTRACTS) of IAFW-2249 General Conditions of Contracts are strictly to be followed.

It is an express condition of this contract that the amount to total works/services required to be done under this contract can vary to any extent irrespective of the amount worked out /mentioned in this BOQ sheet and contractor shall be bound to execute such works/services at the rate contained in MES SSR 2020 PART–II (RATES) duly adjusted by quoted percentage rate during contract period.
