| 1 | Excavating and removing silt, mud, sludge, and other deposited material from storm water drains of average girth 280 cm, where the depth of deposited silt/mud varies from 5 cm to 20 cm with an average depth of 12.5 cm, including deposits lying unevenly on the bottom and side walls of the drains. The item shall also include removal of all grass, bushes, weeds, undergrowth, small shrubs, and other vegetative growth from the bottom and sides of the drains including collection, loading, transportation, and disposal of all excavated silt, rubbish, vegetation, and other waste material obtained from drain cleaning to an approved dumping area at a lead exceeding 1.50 km but not exceeding 5 km, complete in all respects as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.Note: The work shall be executed strictly as per the schedule issued by the Engineer-in-Charge through the Site Order Book. In case the Contractor fails to achieve the prescribed target as per the approved schedule, a recovery/penalty at the rate of ₹10.00 (Rupees Ten only) per running metre of shortfall shall be levied and recovered from the Contractor's dues. |

| 3 | SGA Ploughing by tractor with driver in air field areas, , including ploughing and levelling to the required gradient, complete in all respects as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.Note:- (a) The work shall be executed strictly as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge and instructions recorded in the Site Order Book.(b) Complete ploughing of a particular area shall be carried out in a three-pass operation consisting of:(i) First pass along the PTT direction, (ii) Second pass in the transverse direction, and (iii) Third pass again along the PTT direction,so as to achieve the required loosening of soil and maintain the specified gradient. One complete set comprising the above three passes over a particular area shall be considered as one unit of work for measurement and payment purposes.(c) The work shall be executed strictly in accordance with the schedule issued by the Engineer-in-Charge through the Site Order Book. In the event of failure to achieve the prescribed target as per the approved schedule, a recovery/penalty at the rate of ₹50.00 (Rupees Fifty only) per 10 square metres of shortfall shall be levied and recovered from the Contractor's dues.(d) The rate quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of tractor, fuel, lubricants, driver/operator, tools and plants, maintenance, transportation, and all incidental expenses required for satisfactory completion of the work. No extra payment shall be admissible on this account. |
| 4 | Demolition of bricks or brick tiles (laid flat or on edge) as in floors, channels, kerbs, aprons etc each layer laid dry and pointed and removing from site etc complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 5 | Material & Labour for brick work using old size sub class 'B' bricks, laid dry as flat in sides of drain/ floors, pointed and jointed in cement and sand mortar (1:3) etc complete all as specified and directed. |
| 6 | Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness below or above ground level of any description and in any position and including disposal of rubbish material to any distance out side MOD land complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 7 | Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6), type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels, benching/coping of manholes/drains, & similar work etc and including necessary form work as required complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 8 | Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonary, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 9 | Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size burnt clay bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. |
| 10 | Demolition of cement concrete reinforced of any description such as cover slab of manhole/drain and like, including reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition, including removing debries/rubbish material from site to outside MOD land complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 11 | Material & Labour for Precast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in manhole cover/drain covers, set in CM (1:4) in landing including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed. (Reinforcement and MS handle shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of this Sch). |
| 12 | Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars, grade Fe 500D/550D, 10mm dia & over cut to length bent to shape, required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.(NOTE : Weight of binding wire shall not be considered for measurement and payment purpose.) |
| 13 | Taking down cement plaster from brick walls/soffits of roof projections & chajjas /ceilings etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc including disposal of rubbish material to any distance out side MOD land complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 14 | Material and labour for rendering/plastering 10 mm thick in CM (1:4) on any face of Brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed. |
