| 9 | M&L for conductive concrete earth grid of multiple interconnected earth electrodes to achieve the earth resistance value of less than < 5ommega. The excavation is to be carried out in any type of soil including hard rock. The approx. specification are as under:-(i) Earth Electrodes: Metal conductor- copper bonded MS rod dia 17.2 mm (+/-.5mm), length 2.25 meter with conductive concrete including provision of bore 100 mm dia, 2.25 meter length of earth electrode duly filled with conductive concrete.(ii) All earth electrode s (min two nos) should be installed to achieved the desired result.(iii) Interconnected strip: all the multiple earth electrodes will be horizontally interconnected with metal conductor- copper strip flat size: 25mm x 3mm & conductive concrete embedding size 60mm2.(iv) Test Link: Test links- Copper strip flat size: 40 mmx 6mm x 200mm shall be provided, at any one of the multiple earth electrodes of grid for connection between earth grid pit and application.(v) Pit cover: RCC pit cover & frame shall be provided at all earth electrode (with test links).Note:(a) Bidder shall produce certificate for resistivity of conductive concrete.(b) Fault current tested at 40KA peak with 17.2 mm copper bonded rod.(c) On completion of work engineer in charge will check the earth resistance, contractor will redo the earth if earth resistance value is more than 5 ohm if value not found as per contract the necessary action to be taken by the contractor for achieving the desire result. (d) All connecting strips would be of copper of size 20x3 mm and cost of the same is included in the rate quoted, upto test point.(e) Test certificate of earthing material for ROHS compliance, resistivity value and fault current test for electrode from certified NABL laboratory shall be submitted.(f) Contractor will annually check the resistance value of earth grids after completion of work.(g) The vendor to provide CPRI test report for current greater than 20 KA with peak at 40 KA, the report shall not be more than 5 year old from the date of tender.(h) The product should be ROHS compliance.(j) The contractor to submit unconditional guarantee for 10 years for replacement of earthing if results are not satisfactory.(k) The earthing to be carried out by OEM only. The MoU in this respect to be submitted by contractor while quoting the contractor, (Make- Elencrete/JMV/SN/Earthing/Tru power eathing). |

| 11 | Design, supply, install, testing and commissioning factory made LT Panel indoor type, cubical enclosure compartmentalized external and internal mirror type brushed suitable for highly corrosive environment, high creep resistance, better mechanical properties like ductility, yield strength, hardness etc.The enclosure shall be made of 2.00 mm thick stainless steel sheet SS 316 sheet. The fixing of double doors shall be on SS hinges with anti-theft provision. All fabrication/welding shall be done with TIG/MIG or as approved by Engineer in charge suitable for SS 316. Sliding handle and locking arrangement front and rear both side. Enclosure shall be suitable for AC supply system 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz. Degree of protection shall be IP-54. The enclosure shall have provision of cable entry. Cable entry from bottom side including internal wiring with PVC insulated solid, copper wire, 1100 volts grade. The panel shall consist of 1500 Amps rating TPN aluminium bus bars and shall be provided with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeves. (For AFCAO Tranformer Main Panel at Sub Stn 'A') The panel shall be provided with separate compartments for each switch grar, including instrumentation such as Multi Function meter, phase indicating lamps etc with double stud hinged door, front & rear openable with locking arrangement including interlocking with switch gears and suitable for 1100 Volts grade, 3 Phase, 415 Volts, 50 cycles, AC Supply and to with stand short circuit fault level of not less than 10KA. The panel shall be fixed with angle iron frame made of angles of size 50 X 50 X 6mm, embedded 200 mm below ground level in PCC 1:2:4, Type B-1 using 20mm grade stone aggregate, 600 mm above ground level and comprising the following: Note (i) Rates are inclusive for fixing of suitable size cable gland if required in existing or new cable, CT/ PT and elctrcal connection complete to function multi functional meter. (ii) Danger notice plate must be fixed on panel 1. Panel should be according to IEC-61439.
