FOR CARRYING OUT THE WORK REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED 5/8/10 MVA POWER TRANSFORMER ON TIME TO TIME INSTALLED AT VARIOUS 33/11 KV SUBSTATION UNDER EUDD-TECHNICAL 33KV LINE & SUBSTATION, STADIUM/EXPRESSWAY/YEIDA, NOIDA AS PER FOLLOWING :-

Safely shifting of 03 No. damaged 05 MVA/08 MVA Power Transformer from the plinth of 33/11 KV substation to the safe place with in the switchyard with the help of heavy duty crane after opening the all connections of cable/conductor from 33 & 11 KV side and cutting all the earthing strips. Draining of complete Transformer oil in oil drums and dismantling of all accessories, radiators etc. and proper stacking at safe place.

Cartage of empty oil drums from store and return of oil filled drums to store.

Neat Welding of all the earthing strip of newly installed 05 MVA/08 MVA Power Transformer by proper overlapping and making connection of all cables / conductor of HV/LV side, control cables of Tranformer at various 33/11 KV substaion and 2 providing assistance in testing. New earthing strip if required for proper completion of work shall be provided by the contractor.
