Replacement of old worn out 65 mm dia. C.I air release valves installed at Intakes-I, II & III Sitlee. The job includes dismantling the existing old worn-out C.I air release valves by way of opening the nuts and bolts and cutting of any rusted nuts and bolts by gas cutter. Providing and fitting the 65 mm dia. heavy duty C.I air release valves-04 nos. conforming to relevant IS specifications having pressure rating PN 1.6 after providing and fitting of rubber sheets, nuts and bolts. Tighten all the nuts and bolts to permissible torque so that there should be no leakage from the rubber gasket area. Testing the air release valves on full load condition.
