Repairing of Flexible DSL with its couplers, counter plate, GI wire, holding & testing existing motors and other electric accessories, etc.

Supply of Pendent cable with support wire for above mentioned hoist.

Repairing of power trolley with wheel of existing hoist.

Comprehensive repair and reconditioning of the main Electrical Control Panel, including the supply and incorporation of all required materials (e.g., replacement of contactors, transformer, relays, wiring, and terminal blocks) to restore full operational capability.

Supply of wire rope for above hoist.

Repairing of main hoist break assembly with break coil and allied works.

Repairing and alignment of existing girder for long travel.

Replacement of Limit switches for UP-Down & Cross travel.

Cleaning, Oil/Greasing and Compound (wire rope).

Re-assembled Panel Box, Wire Rope, Limit Switch, etc.

Cleaning, Rubbing, and Painting charge on the complete crane and Girder for LT & CT with all requisite safety equipment and technical measures shall be ensured during painting of girder at elevated levels.
