| 3 | NS- Providing, DG set on rental basis:Three-phase, 415 V, 50 Hz diesel generator set minimum: 60–65 kVA if only pumping load and motors are started sequentially comfortable / safer choice: 63 kVA prime-power DG set, especially for 2 no.s 30 BHP motors may start nearly together and additional small loads (lights, control panel, small tools) are fed from the same.Technical Specification Power supply for 2 nos. 3-phase 30 HP non-clog submersible motor pumps used for dewatering / water logging in low-lying areas.Three-phase diesel generator set (DG), 415 V, 50 Hz, 0.8 PF.Prime-power rating: Minimum 63 kVA with sequential starting strictly ensured.Motor pumping load details:2 nos. 3-phase 30 HP submersible non-clog pumps. SDOL or star-delta by pump vendor’s control panel: DG must be capable of starting and running both motors preferably with sufficient stiffness to avoid nuisance tripping.Rental period: Specify duration 3 month and working hours (e.g., 12–16 hours per day). DG must operate continuously under varying load without overheating or voltage instability.Protective and electrical features:Suitable main LT distribution panel / MCC-cum-distribution box with proper IP rating for outdoor-wet-area use.Protection: Over-load, short-circuit, earth-fault, and low-voltage protection for each motor feeder.Environmental and safety:DG set to be placed on a firm, level, and well-drained platform.Noise-reduced/silent canopy preferred for urban or residential-proximity sites as per instruction by Engineer-in-Charge. |
