The connecting sewer of same diameter and material of construction, laid at adequate depth between existing sewers to newly constructed structures is included in scope of work. 2. All the infrastructure except construction of Staff quarter ,Boundary wall (except Main Gate) and path ways/ roads required to be executed at site to make the MPS functional is included in the scope of work for lump-sump job. 3. All the pumping machinery, panel board, Level sensor etc. shall be controlled by PLC and SCADA and shall be synchronized with PLC panels at MPS and STP site through broadband internet facility. 4. The size and quantities of all the above components will be as per approved structural /Hydraulic /Mechanical /Electric design to be approved by Department before actual execution of work |
| 8 | SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT :-Design, construction, erection, testing and commissioning of 2.50 MLD capacity Sewage Treatment Plant based on Sequential Batch Reactor (SBR) Technology complete in all respect including Landscaping MCC Panel room and all other contingent Electrical, Mechanical, Electromagnetic Flow Measurement Device, Real Time Water Quality Monitoring with Data Collection System(Online analyzer), Piping and Instrumentation works with PLC and SCADA Arrangement for STP and MPS along with Synchronizing it with each other including furniture and laboratory equipment`s as per detail given in the bid document and including following components. i) 2 No. High Mast of 9 mtr GI Octagonal pole of 4 mm thickness (T=100 mm, B=200mm, Base Plate = 320 x 320 x 20 mm), Window at 500 mm from Base Plate with 6 No. LED energy outdoor suitable size reputed make efficient lamps on each pole, including 20 no. LED outdoor lights with GI poles 7 mtr high including all accessories along the road and path complete in all respect. ii) Supply and installation of 1 No. Main Gate of (SS) 12 ft. wide main gate and 4 ft. wide wicket gate (total weight not less than 500 kg) at STP site. as per satisfaction of Engineer-in charge. iii) Providing and installing 2 No. centrifuges (1Working plus 1 Stand bye) including centrifuge feed pump, all fittings, instrumentations, electric panel board etc. as per design complete in all respect of the NIT, including packing dry sludge in 20Kg Bag and supplying the same Market Kisan Sewa Kendra or as directed by Engineer-in-charge within lead as pointed at clause 4.4.5 of NIT . iv) Providing and installation of 2 nos. pumping sets of suitable size (1 working and 1 standby) with head 15 mtrs. in chlorination tank to disposed off the treated effluent including all fittings, instrumentations, electric panel board etc. as per design complete in all respect . v) Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning, of effluent quality monitoring system at 2.50 MLD STP at Village for Online (Continuous) measuring of PH, total Suspended Solids (TSS) Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD) by single analyzer with various sensors (spectral measurement in the UV VIS range 200-720mm) performing reagent and chemical free analysis with automatic cleaning of censor, signal cables and power cable, local data acquisition and display the data of continuous basis for up linking the data of CPCB, HSPCB and PHED, TUV Board approved complete in all respect as per Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) guidelines for online continuous monitoring system for effluents and as contained in scope of work in the notice inviting tender Multi-parameter measuring converter, for connecting up to 18 intelligent seniors Scope including 8 analog inputs/Outputs(4 Inputs and 4 outputs) (o/4- 20Ma), wide range power supply optical COD/BOD and TSS probe with spectral processing of the UV-VIS range for measurement plant of 2.50 MLD STP at with integrated with automatic cleaning.
