| 17 | M&L for providing one layer of guniting, cleaning the exposed steel by sand blasting and providing and welding new reinforcement (if required and directed) to old steel and applying two coats of anti-corrosive zinc chromate paint (both on old and new steel), applying one coat of epoxy based adhesive over exposed surfaces to receive guniting, including supplying and fixing stainless steel wire mesh of size 1.40mm nominal dia average width of aperture 12mm and binding with 22gauge binding wire with reinforcements or with stainless steel staples and pressure guniting the surface with CM 1:3 with average thickness 35mm with equipment as per IS: 6433-1972 and IS:9012-1978 complete all as specified and as directed |

| 19 | M & L for preparation of surfaces of newly/ RCC/stone/concrete/brick walls and applying two coat of exterior emulsion paint in camouflaging pattern of any shape and of any pattern over & including a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed. |
| 20 | M&L for preparation of old or previously treated surfaces of RCC / Stone / Concrete / brick walls/ Asbestos Cement Sheet or plastered surfaces and applying one coat of exterior acrylic emulsion paint in camouflaging pattern of any shape and any size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge, Note: Sample of camouflage pattern to be approved as per the user requirement by GE. Pattern of camouflage will be given by user. |
| 21 | M&L for Cleaning out of all the walls and floors of SWTs from the algae, vegetation including draining out of water and the like by suitable means and making good the disturbed surfaces where ever required complete all as specified and directed. |
| 22 | M&L for water proofing treatment to SWT Walls/Concrete floor as under :-(a) Making staging/scaffolding as per site requirement.( b) Removing of loose concrete and existing plaster from the surface of SWTs. ( c) Chipping the entire surface to make roughen to receive the gunite.(d) fixing the additional reinforcement bars where the steel bars are rusted if reqd..(e) Applying of 50mm thick average guniting with CM 1:3.5 (1 cement : 3.5 course) sand with mixing of water proofing epoxy compound.(f) Curing the gunited surface for 7 days and removing all the scaffolding etc complete. |
