4Material and labour for ridge or hip tiles to suit Manglore pattern of roofing tiles,bedded and jointed in cement mortar (1:4) etc complete all as specified and as directed.
5Dismantling tile battens, spaced at spacing exc 15cm centres to centres fixed with nails complete all as specified and as directed.
6Dismantling wooden scantling of section n.exc. 40 sqcm and over at any position all as directed.
7Material and labour for Second class hard wood, clean sawn, in scantling as in timber work all as specified and as directed.
8S & F of mild steel work as in Roof battens etc and similar work complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS1161-1998 grade ST.-240, fixed independently shelf tapping screw and in iron cleats etc complete all as specified and directed.
9M&L for preparation of New steel surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width and applying Two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.
10Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting , any gauge or any thickness, as in roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed
11Supply and fix for 0.63mm thick galvanised,plain mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with 'J' Bolts and washers, in roofs, walls etc with grade of zinc coating 120gms/ Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

13M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in roof kerbs or mud stops rounded or chamfered on edges and as in Coping and similar work complete all as specified and directed.
14Material and labour for false ceiling with made up of size 1800mm x 1200mm x 12.5mm thick, tapered edge gypsum board (Gypboard) Plain (conforming to IS 2095-Part 1:2011, Certified board) is then screw fixed to ceiling section with 25mm drywall screws {Material-Carbon steel EN-ISO 7049/50, Finish-Case hardened Grey Phosphating} at 230mm centres on ceiling section & 150mm at periphery of ceiling. Finally square and tapered edges of the boards are to be jointed and finished so as to have a flush look which includes filling and finishing with Gyproc Pro-Fill Jointing compound (Conforms to ASTM C475), Gyproc Joint Paper tape fixed on metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections and suspended as per manufacturer's specifications and instructions including dismantling of ceiling board of any description and any thickness including cover fillets/ grid etc. Including dismantling existing complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Gyproc-Saint Gobain or equivalent of Armstrong, Diaken, New Age (ACE) as approved by GE.
15Material and labour for plaster of paris decorative cornices/ moulding to the pattern as approved, cross sectional area exceeding 13 Sq.cm and not exceeding 25 Sq.cm and fixed in decorative pattern including preparation of surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer matching with the colour of ceiling including dismantling existing complete all as specified and as directed.
16Material and labour for 12 to 12.50mm thick PVC laminated mineral board false ceiling board of size 600 mm x 600 mm on and including GI powder coated grid work with using 32mm x 23.5mm x 1.5 mm thick main tee, 23.5 mm x 23.5 mm x 1.28 mm cross tee and 23.5mm x 23.5mm x 1.5mm angle fixed to wall for false ceiling including necessary supporting hanger with 2.0mm dia GI wire with 2 layer and 'J' bolts washer nuts for securing frame work to ceiling, suspended @ 120 cm C/C both ways, size of grid shall be 605 mm x 605 mm including dismantling of ceiling board of any description and any thickness including cover fillets/ grid etc. Including dismantling existing complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- Armstrong, Diaken, New Age (ACE). Note: Height of ceiling is above 5 metres.
17Material and labour for preparation of old treated plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall by removing all loose paints etc removing nails ,applying birla putty whereever required, smoothen the surface with sand paper and finally applying one coat of acrylic distemper complete all as specified and as directed.
18Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing rubbish off the premises complete all as directed. Note : Old tiles become in contractor property after dismantling.
19M&L for double charged vitrified ceremic tiles 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tile exc. 0.42 sqm not exceeding 1 sqm, in flooring etc , laid over and including screed bed of 15 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match dark shade complete all as specified and directed.
20-ditto- all as per item No 19 above but in skirting/dado and including 10mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified & directed.
21Material and labour for 18 to 20mm thick granite (of any type) work ( table rubbed and polished) in steps , jambs. pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and any other platform like in cement mortar (1:4) over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:3), pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including cutting, edge moulding, full curving the edges complete all as specified and as directed.
22Taking down cement plaster on brick/ stone walling including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.
23Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of on stone wall or brick work or concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.
24Material and labour for preparation of New plastered wall surface and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of alkali reistant primer over a thin layer (1 to 1.5mm) complete all as specified and as directed.
25M/L for 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.
26Dismantling of stone masonry built in cement mortar and in any position complete all as specified and as directed.
27M & L stone walling of Random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 including cemet pointing with CM 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.
28M&L Brick work with fly ash bricks, conforming to IS- 12894:2002, Non modular, class designation 75, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 etc complete all as specified and as directed.
29Taking down old / perished sub main wiring of any size aluminium conductor cable along with TW batten / PVC conduit and making good the disturbed surface of wall complete all as specified and as directed.
30Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc complete all as specified and as directed.
31M&L for point wiring with two runs of single core FRLS 1.5 Sq.mm. (Nominal area) PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable confirming to IS drawn through and including PVC casing capping suitable width complete with all accessories including Modular PVC Flush Box for fixing modular type switches, sockets, regulators etc. including provision of multistranded 1.5 Sq.mm. copper conductor as earth wire connected to common earth dolly and earth in distribution board Complete all as directed all as specified (a) one light/exhaust fan/fan point controlled by one switch.Note: Modular Cover plates will be measured and paid seperately under relavent item.

48Supply , hanging and connecting up energy efficient, five star rated BLDC as per latest BEE norms, ceiling fan of size 1200mm sweep complete with down rod including provision of flexible copper cable 3 core of size 1.5 sqmm, including writing MES No 2cm height with synthetic enamel black paint call as complete in all respects all as specified and as directed Engineer in charge.
49M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6mm thick burried directly in ground earth (in vertical) earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, connected to galvanised iron or earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia (8 SWG) by means of nut, bolt, check nuts and washer of galvanised iron including PCC pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 pre-cast RCC cover slab using reinfocement with XPM weighing not less than 1.87 kg/Sqm with suitable handle made of 12mm round bar, including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20mm dia medium grade galvanised steel tube for watering with one end fixed with cast iron funnel and wire mesh 15mm dia bore light grade galvanised steel tubing upto 7.5 m length for drawing earth lead wire protection, common salt, charcoal, etc complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and testing on completion.
