12M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls (plastered or unplastered) including filling of cracks/holes by acrylic crack filler and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

16Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick, block or stone walls etc (at any height) including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete & removing debris outside MD land as directed.
17M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement etc complete.
18M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 (using water proofing liquid as per manufacturers instruction) on other than fair faces of brick masonry surfaces or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item)
19M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces as in ceiling finished the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.
20Supply only liquid water proofing compound all as specified and as directed.
21M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified & directed.
22M&L for preparation of newly plastered ceiling surfaces and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified

24M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces or previously untreated surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
25M&L for preparation of new plastered wall surfaces and applying minimum 1.5mm thick wall care putty over prepared wall surface including sanding of the putty surface after drying applying two coats of acrylic distemper over and including a coat of primer using roller complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
26M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls (plastered or unplastered) including filling of cracks/holes by acrylic crack filler and applying one coat of plastic emulsion paint complete all as specified and as directed.
27M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on wall/roof projections including facia, cornices, etc by scrapping with mechanical sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism ) with sanding pad of appropriate grit to make surface clean, free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour including filling of cracks/holes by acrylic crack filler complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note: (a) Model of mechanical sander shall be as approved by Engr-in-charge. (b) Cost of necessary scaffolding upto 3 storey shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted
28M&L for applying waterproof wall care putty, over prepared surfaces (thickness 1.5 to 2mm) as required for desired smoothness and levelling of surfaces in two or more layers) including sanding of the putty surface after drying to achieve even and smooth finish for receiving painting complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (a) The contractor shall inform to the Engineer-in-Charge after preparation of surfaces and application of wall putty for site inspection before applying further external finishes. Please note that the further external finishes work shall start only after approval of the prepared surfaces from Engineer-in-Charge.(b) Cost of necessary scaffolding upto 3 storey shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted
29M & L for applying two or more coats of weather proof exterior acrylic emulsion paint, Algae, fungal and dirt resistance, of required shade over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm on prepared surface of brick (plastered or un-plastered) or concrete surface complete all as specified and as directed.Note: (a) Exterior primer & acrylic emulsion paint to be applied on wall surfaces by using airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr.The spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro-guard technology and capability of tracking pressure complete as approved by GE/Engr-in-Charge .(b) Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats. (c) Cost of necessary scaffolding upto 3 storey shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted
30M&L for writing letters or figures (Block. Roman, Italic or Indian) n exc. 30 cm high with one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specifed and as directed.
31M&L for preparation of old painted wood or wooden based surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.
32M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.
33M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel/iron/CI pipes of any description exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of black bituminous paint complete all as specified and as directed.
