| 10 | Material and labour for cement for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in lintels up to 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings up to 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs, and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 11 | Plain Cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 12 | Material and labour for Precast cement concrete masonry, 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) with solid blocks exc 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 13 | Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering with cement mortaar 1:4 finishing coat mixed on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces to be finished even and smooth without using extra or cement on external surface etc. complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 14 | Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer all as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 15 | Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and as directed. |
