| 8 | S&F Mild steel, plain, black sheet, 1.25 mm thick in wall cladding,steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required complete all as specified and directed. |

| 12 | Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement or lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed. |
| 13 | Material and labour for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. |
| 14 | M&L for rendering 15mm thick in (CM 1:4) with WPC on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and to be finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed. Note: WPC shall be measured paid separately. |

| 16 | M&L for Preparation of new plastered surface on wall and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces in camouflage pattern complete all as specified and as directed. |
