Earth work in hard soil or gravelly soil with 50m. initial lead and 1.5m.initial lift for foundation including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm. to 7cm. and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m. in depth and as per the direction of the E.I.C.

Filling foundation & plinth with excaveted earth or sand well watered & rammed including collecting, supplying and stacking the required material to proper slope & level & thickness with all leads, lifts & delifts including cost, conveyance, royality and other taxes of materials & supply of all labour & T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Plain cement concrete (1:4:8) nominal mix in foundation as per Drawing and Technical Specification

Cement concrete M20 grade with 20mm downgraded hard granite crusher broken chips of approved quality free from skin materials mixing by mechanical means including hoisting lowering and laying the concrete in position to proper slope and level and compacting by vibrators in layers not exceeding 0.15m depth and finishing the exposed surface smoothly including watering, curing for required period, cost, conveyance, hire and running charges of all machineries, royalty and other taxes of all materials, labour, labour charges with T&P required for this item etc. complete in all respect as directed by the E.I.C. (A/R-2006, P-29, i-28)

Supplying, fitting and placing uncoated HYSD bar reinforcement complete as per drawing and technical specifications in Ground Floor

Supplying and fixing of 80mm thick cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade of approved make, design, colour and size made by Block making machine with proper compaction laid in required pattern etc. complete in all respect conforming to IRC SP - 63:2018.
