Disconnect the electric line from the panel and keep the cable by covering with protective device.

Removing the top cover of Pump unit by unscrewing the nuts and bolts.

Disengaged the unit from delivery side coupling by unscrewing nuts and bolts.

Lifting the pump unit from the sump chamber engaging necessary tools & tackles.

Dismantle the complete pump assembly such as diffuser bell mouth impeller shaft etc. part by part.

Necessary pre heating the broken portion of the bell mouth.

Through running arc welding to the broken portion of the bell mouth and normalizing and stress releaving after welding.

Strengthing of broken portion of the bell mouth with necessary arrangement.

Complete machining and drilling holes on the flange of bell mouth and diffuser for properly bolting.

Supply & fitting fixing of liner of bell mouth as per sample.

Necessary repairing the C. I. pump diffuser by metalazing and machining complete.

Remetalizing of the damaged portion of the impeller by metalizing, machining, grinding etc.

Dynamic balancing of 240 cusec capacity pump impeller at rated motor speed.

Scraping and painting with 2 coats of coal tar epoxy paint.

Supply & fitting fixing of S.S. hexagonal bolts with nuts & washer as per sample.

Complete assembly of the whole pump unit consisting of diffuser bell mouth impeller bearing etc by all newly supplied accessories.

Lowering the pump units by engaging necessary tools & tackles and connecting with delivery pipe flange.Attach the top cover to the previous place.

Final running test to be carried out at full load after re-fixing of the connecting cables.

Transportation charge the whole unit with loading and unloading -2 way from pumping station to work shop and work shop to pumping station for necessary works. Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
