Scope of Work :-1. Removal of old and damaged plates using gouging electrodes. 2. Cutting of new plates as per required size using industrial gas. 3. Plating reinforcement of bucket using DBL and steel electrodes. 4. Gouging and welding of 04 ft cracked portions by steel electrode. 5. Welding, grinding and bush fitting of bucket eye holes. 6. Removal of old and damaged 06 nos. bucket adaptors using gouging electrodes. 7. Fitting of 06 nos. new bucket adaptors using steel electrodes. 8. Complete hard-facing of bucket using hard-facing electrodes.
