| 1 | Construction of Sewage Treatment Plant of 0.83 MLD capacity based on MBBR Technology , including evolving of hydraulic & structural designs & drawings, planning, testing and commissioning of treatment facility. The Sewage Treatment Plant should be capable of treating domestic raw sewage having characteristics of BOD =350 mg/litre & suspended Solids =650 mg/litre and the characteristics of treated /disposable effluent should comply with the standards as per the norms of H.P. State Pollution Control Board i.e. PH = 6.5- 9, BOD ≤ 10 mg/litre, COD ≤ 50 mg/litre, TSS ≤ 50 mg /litre, Faecal Coliform (MPN /1000 ml) <100, N - Total N ≤ 10 mg/litre, NH4 - N ≤ 5 mg/litre. The scope of work includes construction of Inlet Chamber (1 No.), Screen Chamber (2 No.), Grit Channel (2 No.), Distribution Box (1 No.), MBBR (Moving Bed Bio Film Reactor), , Sludge drying beds,Pump house,chlorine contact tank with required arrangement, Interconnectivity pipe of STP units & Effluent Pipe for disposal of treated waste, providing and installation of Electro - Mechanic Equipment’s, with in all leads and lifts at site complete in all respect as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge (as per chapter No. vi(a), vi(b), vi (c). 3 Months of successful trial run as per the provisions of Manual on Sewerage & Sewage Treatment published by CPHEEO Manual (Latest edition). |
| 2 | Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work, in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work in hard / soft rocks, chiseling / wedging out of hard / soft rocks including dewatering in saturated soil up to all leads and lifts, staking the excavated soil / materials upto all leads and lifts clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked excavated soil in all layers when required into plinths sides of foundation etc.consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil as per direction of Engineer -in-Charge. |
| 3 | Providing & laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement: 4sand: 8graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 4 | Providing & laying cement concrete using M-30 (Design Mix) but not less than 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work in :- |
| 5 | Foundation footings bases of columns and the like and mass concrete within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 6 | Wall (any thickness but not less than 0.10 mts. thickness) attached pillasters, buttresses plinth, and string courses etc.from top of foundation level upto floor two level within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 7 | Suspended floor, roofs, landing and shelves and their supports balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto floor level within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 8 | Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm, so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4meters and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain. |
| 9 | Flat surface such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landing and the like floors etc. upto floor to 200mm in thickness within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 10 | Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasres buttresses, plinth & string courses and the like ith in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 11 | Providing Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending,binding & placing in position complete upto floor two level within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 12 | Applying cement slurry or cement concrete work within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge |
| 13 | Providing and fixing CI Rugs within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge |
| 14 | Providing and fixing pre cast SFRC Manhole cover with frame having size of 560 mm internal dia (Medium Duty) within all leads lifts complete in all respect. |
| 15 | Providing , Laying jointing and testing of DI pipe spigot and socketed pipe with CML (SBR tyton push on joint) complete in all respects as per IS 8329-2900 class K7 dimensions weight and test pressuers in all respect and as per latest ammendments or adition. |
