| 1 | Supply , installation, testing and commissioning of 8 mtr high octagonal hot dip galvanised GI steet light pole with made out from 4mm thick steel sheet (grade of steel S-355) Top dia 70mm & Bottom dia 155 mm single sharp welding with base plate dimension 300x300x16 mm, 4 nos. of M24X750 long 'J' type EN 8 grade foundation Bolts,PCD 300mm. and wind speed of 180 km/hr.The door opening of the pole should be reinforced,water proofed & with locking arrangement hinged type (special for theft control) & supply of junction box with 1nos 6Amp SP MCB & terminal box with provision for connection of earth & neutral on 5mm thick fiber plate which will be kept in side the pole for termination of cable & wire. .Provision should be made for fixing of junction box inside the pole door copmpartment,4nos foundation bolts (galvanised)should be supplied with pole. (galvanization of the pole is as per BSEN ISO 1461 & minimum galvanization thickness is 75micron) (Make-RR Ispat /BAJAJ/Valmont/Utkarsh/Vakrangee/Transrail/Surya ).NB: The structural design of the pole foundation shall be approved by concerned civil wing(SE/CCE/Competant authority) before execution of the work. The poles will be tested at Factory site before dispatch in presence of O/O SEEC(R&B), Odisha, Bhubaneswar and concerned SE. Cost of the testing shall be borne by the contractor. |
| 2 | Supply and fixing of GI decorative double tappered single arm 1500mm bracket with decorative FRP canopy & Frp decorative knobs, the arm design should reflect heritage of Angul as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. The contractor should submit various combinations of Arm & Pole design to the Engineer-in-Charge after award of contract and before procurement for approval. | 3 | Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of LED Design based BIS approved LED Street Light with system power of 120W, CCT in 5700K as per ANSI) ,CRI>70, SDCM<3 , LEDs used should have a life of 50,000 burning hrs. & Lumen maintenance as per L70. The Luminaire System lumens should be >=19,200 Lumens @5700K. The fixture housing must be Made of ADC 12 PDC Aluminium housing for rapid thermal healing & Powder coated by Corrosion resistant Nano coating technology. Luminaire must have a Ingress protection of IP66 and Impact Resistance of IK08. The light engine should use Metal Core PCB with high grade aluminium (AL5052) and should have a thermal conductivity of >2W/mK. The fixture should have an UV stabilized Injection moulded special PC lens optics(Glass not allowed) ensuring low glare & best in class uniformity. The light and the driver compartment should be thermally isolated by a natural airgap. Luminaire housing and optical compartment both should carry OEM's logo embossed / engraved (no stickering is allowed). The luminaire must have Integral encapsulated high efficiency electronic thermally isolated driver having a Aluminium extrusion construction with rated voltage of 100-300V, power factor > 0.95, THD < 10%, with Inbuilt surge protection of min 6KV and upgraded with integrated IP67 protected SPD of 20KV/10KA surge protection with all necessary safety protection like mis-wiring, Over voltage, Short circuit, Reverse Polarity protection. . The compartment should be bottom openable for ease of maintenance at site. Luminaire performance & Safety :IEC 60598, IS 10322-5, IS 161-03/05/06/07, Surge : IEC 61000-4-5, EMC : EN 55015. Following documents to be submitted after award of contract: Luminaire and Driver TDS, Photometry report, Type test certificate, IP, IK, Vibration and salt spray test certificates from NABL accredited Laboratory, LM80 from LED OEM., CE Certification, ROHS compliant, BIS Certificate for Luminaires & Drivers. The warranty on light fixture shall be 5 years.The pole should be placed in such a manner in order to achieve minimum LUX level of 25 LUX, average LUX>40 LUX, uniformity >0.4 and Emin/Emax>0.33. (Make: PHILIPS/WIPRO/BAJAJ/Crompton/PANASONIC/LT/HAVELLS/Surya)NB: LM79 reports of the light fixture from third party/central/state govt accredited NABL lab is to be submitted and duly approved from SE(Electrical circle) R&B. Alongwith the above said reports, the LUX design report and Technical data sheet of light are also to be submitted and duly approved from SE(Electrical circle) R&B prior to procurement of material. After supply of material, a random sample will be chosen and will be sent to Govt. NABL approved lab for destructive test for verification of genuinity of all the reports.If the product does not comply with the reports submitted, the whole lot will be rejected. The fixture will be tested at Factory site before dispatch in presence of O/O SEEC(R&B), Odisha, Bhubaneswar and concerned SE. Cost of the testing shall be borne by the contractor. |

| 5 | Construction of RCC foundation by using M20 grade RCC and Fe 415 grade reinforcement in the foundation by considering the SBC as 10 T per sq mtr and fixing the 4 nos. fdn bolts in that foundation for installation of pole with street light on that foundation(Details Drawing of the foundation attached). The work shall be excuted as per the direction of EIC.The structural calculation, wind load calculation and civil foundation shall be duly approved by the competent authority from civil wing (SE/CCE/Competant authority)before execution of the work. |
| 6 | Supply and fixing of No-6 G.I wire with supply of all earthing materials such as charcoal, salt, and other necessary earthing materials, labour etc. |
