JCB 3dx 1501071 Repair to differential of machine by way of removing the differential of machine from machine dismantling it completely then providing fitting of new crown pinion assembly crown pinion bearing and crown pinion seal and differential casing in place of damaged/worn out crown pinion assembly crown pinion bearing and crown pinion seal and differential casing reassemble the differential back on machine, providing filling of 20ltr axle oil and testing The job includes cost of material, labour charges and all taxes.

JCB 3dx 1501071 Repair to alternator, wiring and charging system of the machine by way of removing of worn out items, and p/f of new items carbon bush set, bearing. Job also includes replacement of defective wiring, complete testing of charging system. Job includes cost of material, labour charges and taxes.

JCB 3dx 1501071 Repair to RAM dipper Cylinder by way of removing it from machine with the help of crane after disconnecting the hydraulic hose,, dismantling the complete RAM dipper Cylinder assembly then removing the damaged seal, P/F of new RAM dipper Cylinder seal kit. Job also includes polishing of ram at damaged portion and topup of hydraulic oil 30ltr Reassemble RAM dipper Cylinder installed it back on machine with the help of crane and checking. The job includes cost of material, labour charges and all taxes

JCB 3dx JK12A 3871Repair to the Bucket of the Machine by hard facing to the bucket by using specific hard facing rods (inner and outer). Hard facing includes cutting and welding iron flats of En-08 material and also P/F of tooth Kit with the help of gas cutter and welding then fitting of new tooth Kit. The job includes cost of material, labour charges and all taxes
