Wheel Loader 30112 Repair to loader of Machine by way of dismantling left side loader hydraulic jack from machine then dismantling the jack completely then Providing fitting of new jack seal in place of worn out seal, grinding and polishing of jack ram reassemble the jack and fitted back it to machine and Job also includes Providing fitting of hydraulic pipe by way of removing the old damaged/ hydraulic pipe then fitting with new tested hydraulic pipe of 4.5feet length and topup of hydraulic oil 30ltr The job includes cost of materials, labour charges and all taxes

Wheel Loader 30112 Periodic servicing of machine by way of replacement air filter 1.00 nos axle oil 60.00 ltr engine oil 1.00 bucket fuel filter 1.00 pcs.. oil filter 1.00 pcs. strainer 1.00 pcs. transmission filter 1.00 pcs. transmission oil 40.00 ltr water separetor 1.00 pcs. The Job includes cost of material, labour charges, servicing at site and all taxes.

Wheel Loader 30112Repair to the loader of the machine by way of hard facing to the loader by using specific hard facing rods(inner and outer). Hard facing includes cutting and welding iron flats EN-8 material. Job also includes P/F of loader tooth Kit by way of removing the old damaged teeth with the help of gas cutter then providing and fitting of new teeth.(side cutter as well) Along nut and bolts The complete job includes cost of material, labour charges and all taxes.
