| 1 | Providing, installation testing and commissioning of H.C. Pump of 5000 GPH X 300m Head coupled with suitable induction motor. The specification of motor should be 2900-3000 rpm, 50 HZ,, TEFC Cooled along with Operation of electromechanical machinery for all five stages for one year from date of completion of work. The pumping machinery should confirm to relevant ISO standard with all latest amendments.INSTALLATION of Pump sets:-Foundation Block :-Construction of R.C.C. foundation block of required size as per base frame of pumpset inside the pump room for installation of pumping units by excavation of soil to finish with required dimensions of the pit, removal of excavated material and disposing off the same outside the pump room at suitable place as per site conditions. The job also includes demolishing the existing flooring of requisite area with jack hammer, high carbon steel chisels and sledge hammer, providing and laying of crushed stones 40 mm and ramming properly. Laying of one layer of 1:3:6 concrete mass 30 mm thick. Fabrication& Providing of steel foundation bolts of required dia 600 mm in length – 6 Nos. having threaded portion at one end and an anchor at the other end. Also providing fabrication of steel hexagonal nuts and washers for the foundation bolts. Fabrication of steel reinforced cuboidal structure of requisite size for the foundation block out of T.M.T steel bars 10 mm thick by way of cutting, the steel bars of required length and placing in position at proper spacing longitudinally and transversally and binding with black annealed wire them properly so that internal cube meshes of 6” size are formed. Job includes fabrication charges as well hier charges of welding set. Lowering the reinforced/cuboidal steel structure in the pit and then placing the base frame of the pump over the steel reinforced cuboidal steel structure making proper leveling and alignment of the base frame over the cuboidal steel structure. Placing the threaded end of the foundation bolts in upright vertical position at required distance in position and in alignment after lowering through holes of base frame. Binding of the foundation bolts with the steel mesh of cuboidal steel reinforced structure at various spots and then fastening the base frame over the reinforced steel structure by tightening the nuts of the foundation bolts, simultaneously ensuring proper leveling and alignment of the base frame over the reinforced cuboidal steel structure. The job further includes laying of M-20 grade cement concrete block including steel reinforcement, machine mixing laying and compaction with vibrator using stone aggregate 1:11/2:3 mix (1 cement 11/2 coarse sand and 3 graded stone mixture of specified grade of nominal size 20mm) including binding chemical up to top level from inside the base frame and up to the bottom line of base frame from outside of the base frame – also plastering the exposed surface of block. Construction of drain for draining out the occasional leakage water of pump. Also repairing of damaged flooring wherever required with cement concrete mixture using chemical bonding material for smooth finish of the flooring of the pump room, and proper curing of cement works for proper strength for a minimum of 07 days. The whole job also includes cost of material and carriage charges for all material from various sources by Mech. Transport as well as head load, hire charges of shuttering material, vibrator and concrete mixture and welding set, POL for vibrator and concrete mixture, labour charges for laying of foundation block, including skilled and semi-skilled workers deployed for execution of job.Carriage:-Carriage of pumping machinery (pump, motor, coupling set, base frame to site of work by Mech. Transportation and Head Load up to Pump Room. The job also includes dismantling the pumping unit, unfastening the coupling bolts, nuts, bolts of the base frame for separating each component viz. motor pump, coupling set, base frame etc., for their proper handling and carriage.Installation:-Installation of new 5000 GPH X300m Head H.C. pump set on the foundation block at pump room by way of providing and fitting of bolts with nuts and washers for fitting of new pump and motor on each base frame, Also leveling of pump and motor in proper alignment with each other. Tightening the nut bolts of the base frame. Providing and fitting graphite gland packing with fitting of pump glands. Coupling the pump and motor by way of fixing of coupling bolts. Job includes cost of graphite gland packing, nut bolts of the base frame and labour charges for skilled and semiskilled workers deployed for execution of job.Suction Line :- Fabrication of suction line of dia equivalent to pump inlet dia, for each pump set out of G.I. pipes, cast steel sluice valve- 1 No. for each line , M.S. bends - quantity as per site requirement. MS flanges – qty as per site requirement for connecting pump suction inlet to suction manifold/sump tank. The job includes cutting the pipe in required lengths as per alignment/layout condition of the suction line at site, the cut edges have to be grinded to give them smooth and even surface for proper welding. Welding the flanges to bends and to the pipe pieces at proper ends, and then joining of the suction line to the suction manifold by way of proper welding works in precise manner. Also fitting of sluice valve at appropriate place in the suction line and joining of the other end of the suction line to the pump suction inlet by providing fitting of hexagonal fasteners and rubber insertion sheet. Job also involves creation of a hole of appropriate size in the wall and then properly dressing the hole by cement concrete mix for passing through of the suction line.Delivery Line:- Fabrication of delivery line of dia equivalent to pump outlet dia for each pump set , out of G.I. pipe cast steel reflex valve 1 no., cast steel sluice valve 1 No. M.S. bends– qty. as per site requirement M.S. flanges qty. as per site requirement for connecting pump delivery outlet to the delivery manifold. The job involves cutting the pipe in required lengths as per alignment/layout conditions of delivery line at site, the cut edges have to be grinded with grinder to give them smooth and even surface for proper welding. welding the flanges to bends and to the pipe pieces at proper ends in a precise manner, fitting of sluice valve and reflex valve at appropriate place in the delivery line and jointing of one end of the delivery line to pump delivery outlet by providing and fitting of hexagonal fasteners and rubber insertion sheet then jointing the other end of the delivery line to the delivery manifold by creating a hole of required size in the manifold by gas cutting and then jointing to the delivery manifold by way of proper welding work in a precise manner making v-groove all along the circumference of the cut and butt welding. Job also includes creation of a hole in the wall and then dressing to appropriate size by cement concrete mix for passing through it the delivery line of the pump.The whole job includes cost of material i-e., G.I Pipes, Reflex Valve, Sluice Valve welding rods, M.S. flanges, M.S. bends, nut bolts, rubber insertion sheet, oxygen acetylene gas used and POL used by DG set, hire charges/carriage charges of welding set, DG set, gas cutting apparatus and labour charges for skilled and semi-skilled workers deployed for execution of job. |

The panel should be sturdy enough for vibration free operation and should be equipped with suitable Locking/ Sealing arrangement. | 3 | Installation of High mast light(01 no) :- Design/Supply/Installation/Testing and commissioning of 8mtr high mast light in the premises of pumping stations. The pole to be painted with one coat of primer and two coats of silver white aluminium paint and underground section of the pole is to be painted with one coat of primer and two coats of black enamel paint both inner and outer side. The pole is to be erected by excavation of 5 feetx2 feet x2feet pole{ pit including making foundation in cement concrete in the ration 1:3:6(1 cement , 3 coarses, 6 graded stone, 40 mmdia nominal). The foundation is to be continued upto 0.5 mtr feet above ground level around the pole tapered suitably in to the collar in round shape of 0.5 M dia.
