| 8 | Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles; complete all as specified and directed. |
| 9 | Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan exc 6m radius in cement mortar 1(cement):4(Sand) as in brick work/brick pillars etc., complete all as specified and directed. |
| 10 | Taking down cement plaster on walls, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. and rubbish off from site of work, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 11 | Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface finished even and fair, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 12 | Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer, complete all as specified and as directed |
| 13 | Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and rubish off the premises, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 14 | Material and labour for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, excavation, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 15 | Material and labour for preparation of newly or untreated concrete surfaces and applying two coats of rubber chlorinated high build coating synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 16 | Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from frames) area exceeding 1.50 square metre and not exceeding 4.0 square metre each, including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts or dismantling brick work (holes cut and any other damage to jambs, walls for taking out hold fast shall be finished identical to existing finish without any extra cost to Govt.), all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge. |

Double layers of 8mm water proof Acoustic Ply with Dampner Sheet and double layer of 10mm compressed insulation and Single layer of Sound Dampner 1218x1218 mm x 12mm made of 10 mm compressed wood Fiber cement composites 1250Kg/m3 and 2mm dampner sheet having 37 STC as per ISO 140 (partIII) - 1995).
