| 1 | Complete removal of existing treatment on wall/ roof projections including facia, cornices etc by scrapping with mechanical sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) with sanding pad of appropriate grit to make surface clean, free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed. |
| 2 | M&L for single component polymer modified repair mortar with compressive strength minimum 38 MPA at 28 days (ASTM C 109:99) and tensile strength minimum 2.5 Mpa (ASTM C 307) up to 15mm in a single coat @ 34 kg per sqm for 15mm thickness as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.Note: (a) The work pertaining to periodical services & Water Proofing shall be executed from authorized applicator through manufacturer of which the materials i.e paint, distemper, putty etc is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by GE. (b) Cost of scafolding upto 10m hight of building is included in this item (c) The contractor shall upload along with the documents under cover-1. Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with only one manufacturer mentioned in the contra the failing which the bid shall be liable to be rejected (d) 05 years guarantee of painting work will be admissible after date of completion and 15% amount will be reserve against painting work after date of completion for the 05 years.
