| 3 | Supplying and fixing in position of Wooden panelled door single shutter including cost of hold fasts and applying one coat of wood primer of approved quality, fixing of first quality ISI standard furniture fittings with screws / bolt & nuts, the rate shall include cost of wood, labour for wrought and put up, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers. |
| 4 | Attending the repairs works in the existing door, window and ventilator with frame and shutters of various size at Residential Quarters using the available wooden planks / scantlings which will be issued by the department and same may be re-fixed at the original position. The cost inclusive of removing and re-fixing the existing door/window/ventilator with required fixtures, labour, tools & plants etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers. |
| 5 | Supplying and fixing Solid Panel PVC door with frame - Supplying and fixing Solid PVC Door Shutters using 19 Gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames.15mm MS square tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC Sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC Sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mm x 30mm. The over all size of top rail, lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm x 30mm. The over all size of frames shall be 50mm x 45mm with suitable rabate for housing the shutter etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers. |
| 6 | Painting TWO coats with Plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and colour over New Wall surfaces including one coat of alkalin resistance primer of approved brand so as to give an even shade. Prior to applying the primer, the wall surfaces shall be thoroughly cleaned of all grease, dirt, loose pieces, scales and make the surface even by applying wall putty and make good of the surface with sand paper etc., The cost including preparing the surface, all materials, labour, brushes, scaffolding, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers. |
| 7 | Applying One coat of Alkali Resistant Primer and Two coats of APEX - Exterior Emulsion Paint of approved colour and quality over the New wall surface in all floors to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand paperes smooth including all materials, labour, brushes, scaffolding, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers. |
| 8 | Applying Two coats of Synthetic Enamel paint (excluding priming coat) on New wood and wood based surfaces interior to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, sand papering and including cost of Synthetic EnamelPaint and labour charges etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers. |
| 9 | Painting the steel surfaces with Two coats of Synthetic enamal paint of approved quality (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint, brushing, interior to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter including all materials, labour, brushes, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers. |
| 10 | Epoxy Jointing Compound: Clean the concrete surface, remove the loose particle, if any. Make sure that the form work is ready for positioning. Mix the base and hardener of the epoxy resin jointing compound and apply the same to the prepared surface. Care should be taken that the micro concrete needs to be done within 5 hours maximum from the time of application of epoxy jointing compound Nitobond EP of Fosroc or equivalent. The rate shall include cost of equipments, plants, materials, sand, instrumentation, hiring of boat, catamaran, pontoon, labour and survey, fuel etc. complete and as directed by the departmental officers. |
| 11 | Providing and fixing of Decorative Wall paneling with 12mm thick BWP- Marine Grade Plywood of good quality (confirming to IS 710 category) finished with designed laminations for making the interior walls (having already a base panels) in a decorative manner including display set boxes, Open boxes, Low / Height Storages, shelves, beadings, etc as per the design and drawing to be approved etc. The rate inclusive cost of all the materials / items required to the work, labours, painting, polishing wherever required, finishing etc., completecomplying with BIS and as directed by the departmental officers. |
| 12 | Supplying the structural steel, MS Flats, Square Rods, Angles, Channels etc., for vertical members / bracing /stiffeners / Base plates or for any other usage as a structural member, fabricating, welding and erecting the frame work in position at the locations shown in the drawing including all labour, materials, conveyance, tools & plants, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers (Note :1. While fabricating, necessary holes and bolt & nut shall be provided at no extra cost in the structural members. 2.
